After years of working in fast-paced, high pressure medical systems, I realized true healing doesn’t happen in 7-minute visits or symptom suppression. It happens when we slow down, listen deeply, and address the root causes of imbalance, especially the ones no lab can measure.

I now blend clinical experience with mind-body practices like muscle testing and emotional clearing (NET) to help women uncover what their body is truly trying to say.

Why I do this work

My path hasn’t been linear—it’s been a journey of unraveling, deep remembering, and radical redefinition.
A few years ago, I moved three times in three years, navigated burnout, anxiety, divorce, and the quiet toll of overworking in a system that rewards speed over sustainability. I’ve been the woman holding it all together—until my body said otherwise.

What brought me back wasn’t another protocol or productivity hack. It was slowing down. Listening. Rebuilding trust with my body’s quiet cues.
Plant medicine, somatic work, and nervous system healing helped me rewrite the way I relate to stress, nourishment, and wholeness. My healing became my initiation.

Today, I guide others from that lived place, with grounded compassion, clinical skill, and soul-deep reverence for the wisdom your body holds.
As a functional dietitian and intuitive practitioner, I weave together personalized nutrition, emotional healing, and energetic alignment to support women who are ready to feel truly well—not just “better.”
